Could you be the full-time Industrialisation Engineer in Saharanpur we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialisation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll lead digitalization initiatives and play a key role in industrialisation activities involved in operations and maintenance, ensuring efficient implementation of workstations, tooling, and processes aligned with safety, quality, and operational standards. You’ll specifically manage SAP/GSI aspects involved in daily industrialisation activities such as work instructions, task lists, bill of materials (BOM), and industrial KPIs, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for all industrialisation/process aspects.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and implementing industrial processes, deliverables, and tools for project execution
Creating and validating industrial deliverables and training plans
Supporting project execution by adapting industrial processes to changes in design, maintenance plans, and operating modes

Contributing to continuous improvement to optimize productivity, industrial KPIs and standards, quality, and safety
Managing and optimizing SAP/GSI data related to industrial processes, BOM, and KPIs
Supporting and training team members on SAP/GSI and digitalisation processes
