Role Description

This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Pune for an Industrial Sales Engineer. The role involves managing sales operations, developing client relationships, optimizing business development efforts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify automation solutions and ensure streamlined industrial processes while achieving sales targets and delivering strategic solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
• Strong Customer Service and Business Development skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Understanding of Automation systems to identify and implement industrial solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address client needs efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
• Ability to work on-site and interact with clients and internal teams effectively
