Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in industrialization management to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll help ensure the seamless execution of industrialization processes and standards, driving improvements in performance and efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Depot Managers, Engineering Managers, and Supply Chain Teams), manage tools and industrial data, and support continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of deploying lean tools and culture, managing industrial data through MMIS (SAP), and ensuring compliance with industrial standards, but also lead efforts to improve productivity and reduce costs.We’ll look to you for:
- Supporting tenders and identifying CAPEX needs
- Participating in Make-or-Buy analyses to optimize costs
- Ensuring the consistency of industrialization functions across projects
- Managing the creation of industrial documents, such as work instructions and task sequences
- Providing technical support for operations and managing tooling and equipment teams
- Deploying and ensuring compliance with central standards, such as Lean tools and EHS processes
- Driving continuous improvement in industrial performance through KPIs and action plans
- Leading and developing industrial teams to meet project requirements
All About You

- Graduate degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) with 5+ years of experience in the railway industry
- Experience in a maintenance or production environment, ideally within an international organization
- Knowledge of industrialization tools, methods, and techniques
- Familiarity with SAP, Maximo, AutoCAD, and Catia
- Strong understanding of Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Logical, organized, and able to make decisions when appropriate
- Fluency in the local language and English
