Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. NPD Department

1.1 Review with manufacturing and design for new product development and support manufacturing team to ensure sample production for approval.

1.2 Control and release drawings for all new machine and parts.

1.3 Manufacturing feasibility study for all new part and machine to achieve FTR.

1.4 For all NPD machine optimized process flow to be defined.

1.5 Fixture requirement to be identified for all new product.

2. Industrial Engineering

2.1 Establish process in industrial Engineering activities as SOP.

2.2 Implement best manufacturing practices/process to achieve Lean manufacturing time to time.

2.3 Release monthly capacity planning to meet 100% delivery.

2.4 With refer to capacity planning identify and improve manufacturing efficiency.

2.5 Increase plant capacity by reducing the cycle time.

2.6 Identify knowledge and skill gap of employees in shop floor and initiate appropriate training in line with Lean Manufacturing.

2.7 Ensure JIT in operation flow.

2.8 Project (CFT,SGA, QCC, Suggestion & Kaizen ) validation.

2.9 IOT implementation.

3.0 Optimized layout plan for the unit.

3. SAP Activity

3.1 Update MM, BOM & ROUTING in SAP for all new part and machine.

3.2 Project validation need to update in sap for cost saving.

3.3 All internal SAP issue related to master to be resolved with support of SAP team.

3.4 All SAP BOM to updated based on actuals yearly once.

3.5 All SAP ROUTING to be updated yearly once.

4. Costing

4.1 Release costing sheet for all new machine and parts.

4.2 Transfer price to be optimized at unit.

4.3 FG wise cost to be declared yearly once.

5. Monthly MIS

5.1 BOM to actual analysis.

5.2 Yield analysis.

5.3 Plan vs actual utilization analysis.

6. Responsible for other activities as entrusted upon to you by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
