Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Required Experience: Minimum 02-05 Years in Manufacturing Industry with Same job Profile Offered CTC: Rs. 4-5 Lac Per Annum (Negotiable) Expertise Required: Operational awareness of project industry Drawing reading Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Gujarati ISO Standards MS Office Budget monitoring Data Analysis Automation Responsibilities: Time & Motion study of individual projects and process. Review production schedules, process, specifications and related information and suggest corrections. Collaboration with internal stake holders to identify, analyze and resolve manufacturing issues. Suggest changes / upgradation in production process to maximize efficiency. Take initiatives to reduce production waste. Train operational staff for new processes and provide detailed instructions and manuals. Design facilities layout and determine personnel requirement as per project and process. Show more Show less
