Job Summary:

Industrial Automation Trainer



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured, hands-on training modules in 

    PLC programming

    , 

    SCADA systems

    , HMI, sensors, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Train students and working professionals on real-world applications using Siemens, Allen Bradley, or equivalent platforms.
  • Develop and continuously upgrade course content, training manuals, and practical assignments.
  • Guide participants through simulated plant environments including dairy, beverage, and marine automation systems.
  • Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and prepare evaluation reports.
  • Coordinate with the internal engineering team for latest technology updates and field practices.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and assessments periodically.
  • Support in building industry-relevant curriculum aligned with market demands.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

     in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics or related field.

  • 5+ years

     of hands-on experience in industrial automation, preferably in food & beverage or marine sectors.

  • Minimum 2 years

     of experience as a trainer/instructor in a technical institute or corporate training setup.
  • Strong knowledge of 

    Siemens

    , 

    Allen Bradley

    , or other leading PLC/SCADA systems.
  • Experience in software like 

    TIA Portal

    , 

    RSLogix

    , 

    WinCC

    , etc.
  • Good understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet) and control panel wiring fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring young engineers.
