Indian Payroll Executive (Outsourcing)

Key Responsibilities: ·Process monthly/bi-weekly/weekly payrolls for assigned clients with accuracy and within deadlines. ·Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salaries, deductions, bonuses, taxes, and leaves. ·Validate inputs received from clients (e.g. new joiners, exits, variable components) and ensure accurate payroll calculation. ·Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) and prepare necessary returns. ·Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Compliance) and external vendors for payroll-related requirements. ·Respond to client queries and provide solutions within the defined SLA. ·Generate payslips, salary reports, and other payroll-related MIS reports. ·Assist with year-end activities including Form 16 generation, tax calculations, and audit support. ·Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory regulations. ·Support payroll system implementations and upgrades as needed.
