Job Description

Key Responsibilities Menu Planning & Development: Create innovative and seasonal menus that align with the restaurant’s concept. Ensure dishes meet quality, presentation, and cost standards. Kitchen Management: Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff. Ensure all food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory and place orders for food, supplies, and equipment. Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and schedule shifts. Foster a collaborative and disciplined work environment. Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor food costs, portion sizes, and minimize waste. Work with management to set and maintain budget targets. Quality Control: Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency. Implement quality control procedures and handle customer feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role. Culinary degree or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene. Excellent time management and communication skills.
