Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Continental items including pizzas, burgers, pastas, nachos, and wraps. Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. Ensure quick and consistent service during rush hours. Oversee the Continental counter and assist kitchen staff when needed. Manage ingredient preparation, portion control, and mise en place. Coordinate with the service team for timely food delivery. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. Monitor inventory and inform management of daily stock requirements.
