Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Indian Chef who can independently handle daily kitchen operations and maintain consistent taste & quality. Responsibilities: • Preparing North Indian dishes – dal, sabzi, paneer, gravies • Preparing rotis / chapati / parathas • Preparing basic South Indian items (optional) • Handling lunch cooking for office / café • Managing mise-en-place (pre-preparation) • Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene in kitchen • Checking quality of vegetables & ingredients • Maintaining daily stock (masalas, vegetables, oil etc.) • Ensuring food consistency & speed during rush hours • Supporting packing for online orders
