We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality, delicious meals in line with our culinary standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity in menu development, and a commitment to food safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Plan and prepare meals according to the restaurant’s style, guidelines, and seasonal availability Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation Monitor inventory and order food, supplies, and equipment as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and adhere to safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with management to develop and update menus, including specials Manage food costs and minimize waste through efficient planning and portion control Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Stay up to date with culinary trends and best practices Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years) Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and menu engineering Experience with inventory and staff scheduling software What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth and training A supportive and dynamic team environment
