Indian Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience preparing a variety of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes, with a strong understanding of regional Indian cuisines, spices, and cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes.
  
• Plan and design menus that reflect Indian culinary traditions and seasonal availability.
  
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI or HACCP standards.
  
• Innovate and update the menu with new dishes or fusion items as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or Cook.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking techniques (tandoor, curry, biryani, etc.).
  
• Culinary degree or professional chef certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
