Job Purpose Timely processing of contract servicing activities for retail operations Ensure that all processing complies with internal policies and conditions. Key Responsibilities Process UCC terminations at end of contract. Indexing loan documents in document management system. Responding to different type of customer queries Processing vendor invoicesVerify retail loan contract agreements Performing customer demographic changes Making changes to payment schedules Ensure all fields in the systems are correctly entered. Liaise with stakeholders where errors and omissions are noted Experience Required Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in operations in banks, NBFCs Experience of working in activities like contract servicing, invoice processing, document verification, data entry Good communication skills in English and ability to clearly communicate with all peers and management. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and proactively.
