Role Description

This is a contract role for an Independent Sales Consultant, based on-site in Mumbai. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and driving sales growth through client interactions and presentations. The consultant will support business development by implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

  10–25 years of experience

   in the electrical / automation / EPC ecosystem
• Bring 

  strong industry relationships

   (Plant Heads, Engineering Heads, Project Leaders)
• Prefer working as an 

  independent / freelance business development consultant

• Are comfortable with a 

  commission-based engagement

industry insight, credibility, and trusted connections

Expertise

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience in business development, lead generation, and account management
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and result-oriented approach
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Prior experience as an independent sales consultant or in a similar role is an advantage
