The role involves identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and driving sales growth through client interactions and presentations. The consultant will support business development by implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. We are exploring collaboration with senior industry professionals who: Have 10–25 years of experience in the electrical / automation / EPC ecosystem Bring strong industry relationships (Plant Heads, Engineering Heads, Project Leaders) Prefer working as an independent / freelance business development consultant Are comfortable with a commission-based engagement We value industry insight, credibility, and trusted connections . Expertise Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills Experience in business development, lead generation, and account management Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Problem-solving ability and result-oriented approach Self-motivated and able to work independently Prior experience as an independent sales consultant or in a similar role is an advantage
