About the Team
The HR Operations team is responsible for delivering a seamless and compliant employee lifecycle experience. Our core functions include onboarding, leave management, and exit management, along with providing timely support for queries and issue resolution related to these processes. We also manage activities concerning alumni employees, former employee background verification (BGV), and other operational requirements.
In addition to operational excellence, the team is actively focused on process enhancement and continuous improvement, leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency, accuracy, and a superior employee experience. We partner closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and implement solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Job Summary:-
The Manager-HR Operations at Lowe s India will lead a high-performing team to deliver seamless HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence through metrics, governance, and process optimization, while ensuring compliance and a superior employee experience. - Manage end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle ( Hire to retire)

Years of Experience:-
- 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 - 4 years in a people management role.
- Experience in handling India-specific HR processes, compliance, and vendor management is essential.
- Exposure to process improvement, automation, and operational governance is highly desirable.
Education Qualification Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications :-
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
