The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience, primarily in a Big 4 firm. The role demands strong technical knowledge in Ind AS, Schedule III compliance, and hands-on experience in financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Preparation and finalization of Financial Statements as per Ind AS and Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013. • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements. • Perform detailed variance analysis and provide insights into financial results. • Assist in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. • Lead and support the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve accounting-related queries. • Review and prepare audit schedules and support internal and statutory audits. • Ensure accurate accounting of provisions, depreciation, and other adjustments. • Interpret and explain financial information to management for decision-making purposes. • Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls around financial reporting. Desired Candidate Profile: • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience. • Prior work experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is mandatory. • In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Schedule III of the Companies Act. • Strong experience in the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of Financial Statements and supporting schedules. • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
