We’re Hiring: Incubation Manager – The Summit Lab

The Summit Lab is building India’s next big innovation & entrepreneurship hub – empowering founders, students, and professionals through incubation, mentorship, and cutting-edge courses. We’re looking for a dynamic Incubation Manager to drive our programs, mentor startups, and build strong partnerships across industries.

What You’ll Do

• Lead incubation & accelerator programs for startups (early & growth stage).

• Curate and manage courses & workshops on entrepreneurship, innovation, AI/ML, finance, design thinking, and more.

• Mentor founders and connect them with investors, industry experts, and funding opportunities.

• Build partnerships with corporates, VCs, government bodies, and international ecosystems.

• Manage daily operations of the incubation center, events, and startup engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years’ experience in startup incubation, accelerators, consulting, or venture capital.

• Strong understanding of entrepreneurship & innovation courses.

• Excellent networking, communication, and mentoring skills.

• Passion for building ecosystems and enabling founders.
