Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Incident Manager to join our team at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing incidents and ensuring timely resolution.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve incidents efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing service availability.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement preventive measures.
Develop and maintain incident management processes, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure readiness and preparedness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate incident status, updates, and resolutions.
Analyze incident trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of incident management principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of IT services and operations, including network, server, and application management.
Experience with incident management tools such as ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and automation platforms.
