Job Title: Incident Manager L3

Experience:

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation/Intermediate certification

    (mandatory/preferred).
  • Minimum

    7+ years

    of experience in Incident/Problem/Change management.

Technical & Process Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    Incident Management and ITIL operations

    .
  • Expertise in handling

    Major Incidents (P1/P2)

    in 24/7 environments.
  • Strong knowledge of

    ITIL V3/V4

    framework (Certification preferred).
  • Experience in

    problem identification, RCA analysis, and resolution coordination

    .
  • Familiarity with

    ticketing tools

    : ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, BMC, etc.
