Our client, a renowned global quick-service restaurant brand, is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to join their team in India. This exciting role offers an opportunity to lead operational excellence, drive business growth, and foster strong relationships with franchise partners. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and coach franchisees to ensure operational standards and customer satisfaction are met. Lead strategic planning and market growth initiatives, including new restaurant openings and enhancements. Collaborate with franchisees to drive performance and achieve business objectives. Oversee training programs to build a culture of excellence within franchise operations. Partner with regional development teams to support restaurant growth and reinvestment. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management (P&L responsibility). Proven success in franchise operations and leadership. Strong strategic thinking, coaching, and communication skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused leader. This full-time position requires 60% travel .
