ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring and managing the organization’s bank relationships
• Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and preparation of relevant forecasts
• Debt syndication /Arranging fund based & non fund-based limit for Thermax Ltd and Group companies as required and ensure to complete the documentation in liaison with legal team
• Preparation of CMA data and providing all information to Banks for credit renewals
• Handling the external rating agency and complete the rating process
• Liaising with the DFC, TFS and EXIM team across the organization and addressing the queries and come up with the solution related to banking
• Analyzing various scenarios of funding and prepare reporting for Head Treasury
• Monitoring key aspects of funding, DP, covenants, securities, repayment schedule and costs for the Group
• Ensuring compliance with banks(stock audit, stock statement , KYC compliances etc), RBI compliance, FEMA, SEBI and all other compliances related to treasury activities
• Implement treasury policies and operational procedures across various locations
• Manage and ensure processes for new projects are developed and in place for full coordination with Shared Services (TFS) / EXIM team
• Work with Divisions and Treasury Head to manage LC/ BG forecast and LC / BG opening request with DFC and Operations team
• Prepare Group Treasury MIS and keep a strict control over covenants, expenses including interest cost, bank charges etc. and keep them within budgeted levels
• Vetting & controlling various bank charges as levied by bank to initiate corrective measures to reduce overall banking cost
• Oversee Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors for completion on time for Treasury.
• Provide banking support to all projects & execution of strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring & maintaining internal customer satisfaction.
