Job Description

You will be working as a Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., an international contact center known for its high customer satisfaction and reliable support functions since 2014. Your role will involve handling inbound calls from customers facing technical issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. You will diagnose these issues and recommend suitable support plans, as well as sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls related to technical issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. - Diagnosing technical problems and suggesting appropriate support plans. - Selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support in an international BPO. - Proficiency in effectively closing customer calls. - Excellent communication abilities. - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues with computers, printers, broadband, routers, email systems, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. - Ability to address customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions. - Willingness to work flexible night shifts. At Adeeba E-Services Pvt.
