As a Senior Tech Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will involve handling inbound calls from customers experiencing computer issues. Your role will include diagnosing the problem effectively and recommending the most suitable support plan to address the customer's needs. Furthermore, you will be tasked with promoting technical support plans along with relevant software solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
