Inbound Tech Support

Job Description Adeeba e-Services Private Limited provides 24*7 Technical Support to UK/USA customers regarding printers, routers, emails, and also offers website development services to national and international businesses. As a Technical Support Process (Inbound Voice) representative, you will be working in the US Shift from 9pm to 7am at Saltlake Sector-5 location. You are expected to have 1 to 6 years of experience in Technical Support (International BPO) with fluency in English, experience in Technical Support Sales (outbound/Inbound), proficiency in closing calls in tech support, and flexibility for night shifts. The salary offered is up to 25K with huge incentives and other benefits. You will have rotational offs with 6 days working and immediate joining is required. Freshers are not welcome to apply for this position.
