Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads through various channels (website, chat, email, social media, phone, etc.).
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and conduct initial qualification of prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant IT services (web/app development, Ecommerce Developement & IT Staff Augumentation).
  • Schedule discovery calls or demos for the Business Development or Technical team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.
  • Follow up with potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • atleast 2 years of experience in inbound sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for customer engagement.
