Inbound-Outbound Manager – International Relations - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with maximum of 2 years of relevant experience in international coordination. Role Overview: The Inbound & Outbound Manager in International Relations will play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating international mobility programs, including student and faculty exchanges. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination, documentation, reporting, and support for all stakeholders involved. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in International Relations, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field. Experience in managing international mobility programs or similar roles. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of visa processes and international travel requirements is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Student Mobility: Coordinate inbound and outbound student exchange programs. Provide end-to-end support, including application processing, orientation, and travel arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing queries and ensuring a positive mobility experience. Faculty Mobility: Facilitate international faculty exchange programs and collaborative visits. Manage travel schedules, accommodation, and necessary approvals for participating faculty. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation related to international mobility programs. Ensure compliance with institutional, national, and international regulations and policies. Assist with visa processes, health insurance, and other travel-related documentation. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed records of all mobility activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations on program participation, outcomes, and feedback. Analyse data to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance program effectiveness. Stakeholder Assistance: Provide personalized support to students and faculty, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly. Assist in organizing information sessions, workshops, and webinars to prepare participants for international experiences.
