Job Description

You will be responsible for providing inbound customer service through voice calls, with no sales involved. It is mandatory to have at least 1 year of previous customer service experience, although freshers are also welcome to apply. The job is based in Mumbai with a day shift schedule, working 5 days a week with 2 days off on a rotational basis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling inbound customer service calls - Providing assistance and support to customers - Resolving customer queries and concerns effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation is mandatory - Diploma is preferred The company offers a competitive salary ranging from 18k to 22k CTC, with additional benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday, with morning shifts. **Additional Details:** - Immediate joiners are preferred - Job types include full-time, permanent, and fresher roles - Shift availability includes day shift, night shift, and overnight shift - Performance bonus and yearly bonus are provided Please note that the work location is in person.
