Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and assist with queries related to accounts, cards, loans, digital banking, and other services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined guidelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Document call details, customer concerns, and resolutions in the system.
  • Follow call quality standards, scripts, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone during all interactions.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good verbal communication skills in

    English, Tamil

    and at least

    one regional language (Kannada / Telugu / Hindi,

    any one or more).
  • Active listening and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and positive while handling customer concerns.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use call center systems.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekly Offs.
  • Customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
