The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with such clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Responsibilities o Preparing DPR, Tendering and associating agency for: "Review best practices from leading environmental centers . o Conduct stakeholder consultations and expert interviews. o Develop prototypes and HR planning models. o Iterate drafts with feedback loops and regulatory vetting. " o Organizational Structuring "Recruitment , Formulation. o Organizational Development, Formulating HR strategy & workforce planning o Preparing HR policy, Organizational Recruitment Policy Structure with job profile, qualification & experience o Prepare contract agreement document and o "Training & Development
