Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts as per company guidelines.
Manage complete contract lifecycle including execution, renewals, amendments, and termination.
Review SOWs to identify conflicting clauses and ensure favourable terms aligned with the MSA.
Maintain accuracy in SOW numbering and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Organize legal documents, maintain version control, and manage contract repositories.
Record approvals and deviations in legal systems.
Complete assigned legal and business trainings within deadlines.
Ensure timely delivery of tasks, contract reviews, and compliance filings (including CR & BIA).
Update legal trackers regularly.
Respond promptly to calls and emails; ensure minimal escalations through proactive communication.
