Job Description

At least 8 years of experience in Statutory and Regulatory Compliances under different laws

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identification of applicable laws and compliances based on specific industry.
  • Complaince walkthrough through extensive checklist process.
  • Monitored the compliances based on the Central and State Laws.
  • Train employees on contract and compliance topics, policies and procedures as and when required
  • Provide legal advice on matters relating to policy compliance, research and contractual advisory and corporate governance matters
  • To provide best-in-class end to end business solutions in compliance management
  • Setting up of Compliance Culture in whole of the Organization. Understanding company's approval processes in context of the services and ensures that all stakeholders are timely engaged and informed on the relevant process including understanding the Code of Business Ethics (COBE), Data Privacy, Anti-Corruption Laws and apply the same to ensure compliance.
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders on various legal and commercial issues.
  • Monitor process improvements and develop/draft guidelines, playbooks, handbooks, know how material, checklists and process/tools associated documents for standardizing the process
  • Conduct in-depth compliance review and evaluation of complex, unusual, or unprecedented contract actions requiring higher-level approval
  • Under minimal supervision, execute special projects and other responsibilities as needed.

Technical Skills:

Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills

Excellent organization and writing styles with an eye for detail

Expertise in managing workloads involving tasks of varying priority and complexity

Highly Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Managerial Skills:

Strong ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion in reviewing/ negotiating contracts

Highly proficient in learning and adapting to any process change in a minimal time period

Expertise in working on compliance management and GRC tools

Mindset & Behaviours:

Effective time management skills
