Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor, technology, and commercial agreements such as SaaS Agreements, SLAs and employment agreements.
Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws such as EPF Act & ESIC Act and employment regulations , and other statutory obligations.
Provide legal guidance on commercial and corporate laws, including tax laws, Companies Act and other applicable laws.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks, including labor and employment laws.
Develop and update internal policies to align with legal standards and industry best practices.

Business, Tax & Financial Operations

Assist in financial operations, including company accounts, bookkeeping & expenses review, ledger preparation, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
Payment of taxes and other deductions as applicable to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
Provide support in preparing reports and financial documentation for legal and operational audits.
