Seeking a dynamic Sales Senior Manager/Director with a strong background in the Metals & Mining sector, specializing in structuring and selling, large multicompetency deals. This role demands expertise in fullcycle business development and the orchestration of complex, highimpact client engagements.

  • Drive sales efforts by structuring and selling for Manufacturing sector.
  • Support in structuring and converting large deals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, formulate engagement plans, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead selected complex client engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring impactful results and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business expansion and crossselling.
Mandatory skill sets
  • Strong sales acumen in the manufacturing sector.
  • Expertise in structuring and selling large deals.
  • Proven capabilities in fullcycle business development.
