Import/Export Coordinator

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Import Export Coordinator to manage and execute various operational, administrative, and customer-facing responsibilities. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a hands-on approach to support documentation, logistics, telecalling, sourcing, and executive assistance to the MD, along with participation in domestic and international exhibitions. Key Responsibilities:Import-Export Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC, etc.) Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Executive Assistant to MD: Provide administrative and secretarial support to the MD. Telecalling & Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and follow-ups. Respond to client inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction. Sourcing & Vendor Coordination: Identify and coordinate with suppliers (domestic and international). Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Assist in organizing and representing the company in national & international exhibitions. Handle logistics, pre/post-event coordination, and promotional materials. Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Track shipments and ensure timely delivery. Liaise with transporters, warehouses, and customs agents. General Multitasking Support: Manage day-to-day office tasks, reporting, and coordination across departments. Maintain records, handle email correspondence, and support cross-functional activities. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/International Business preferred) 2+ years of experience in import/export or international trade Strong communication & organizational skills Proficient in MS Office & ERP systems Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Willingness to travel for exhibitions if required
