Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Import Purchase Executive to manage and execute purchase orders for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring products from international suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and develop relationships with reliable international suppliers.

2. Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

3. Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve best possible rates.

4. Inventory Management: Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth receipt and storage of goods.

5. Documentation: Prepare and manage import documents, such as commercial invoices and bills of lading.

6. Communication: Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import purchasing or related field.

3. Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of import regulations and documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
