Purpose of the Role:

Job Profile:

• Documentation

  : To ensure correct filing of BOE (Bill of Entry) as per custom rules and regulations.

• Payment of Custom Duty

  : To ensure custom duty payment without any fine and interest.

• Co-ordination

  : To co-ordinate with external agencies, internal customers and ensure clearance and deliveries.

• Custom Rules & DGFT Policies

  : Should be updated with Customs and DGFT (Directorate General of foreign Trade) Rules and Regulations.

• Bill Passing

  : To keep track of bill booking, payment and vendor reconciliation.

• Team Management

  for deriving desirable results

Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.

Role Requirement:

• Should be visiting Custom Office regularly
• Review meeting with CHA (Custom House Agents) transporters, internal customers, etc.
• The candidate needs to have fair experience in EPCG, Advance Licence, DGFt , Customs, RBI, Port, GST, CFS, Transport etc.
