House Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• AMC / Service Management

• Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service schedules.
• Ensure timely renewals and follow-ups with service providers.

• Vendor & Staff Payments

• Manage and process all payments related to vendors and staff salaries.
• Maintain accurate payment records.

• Staff Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records.
• Address discrepancies and ensure up-to-date records.

• Daily Coordination

• Coordinate daily schedules and duties with office staff, drivers, and household help.

• Staff Grooming & Training

• Ensure all staff are well-groomed and dressed in uniform.
• Schedule and track training sessions for staff development.

• Staff Welfare & Engagement

• Foster a positive working environment through team-building and engagement activities.
• Monitor staff satisfaction and resolve interpersonal issues.

• Food & Beverage Oversight

• Manage inventory, planning, and quality of food and beverage services.

• Facility Maintenance

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the entire facility.
• Perform regular inspections and address issues proactively.

• Event Management

• Plan and coordinate events from inception to completion.
• Manage vendor coordination, and guest experience.

• Record Management

Maintain systematic and accurate filing of all records including AMC, services, payments, and staff files.

Ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of information.

• Ad-hoc Requirements

Respond to and execute additional requests or duties from the family promptly and efficiently.

Skills Required:

• Any Graduate can apply
• Must have good communication skill
• Must have strong procurement & negotiations skills;
• Should be presentable
