Urgent Hiring going on for the post of Import Documentation Executive

Location- Minto Park

Salary - 25K

Industry - Import Industry

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field, coupled with a strong understanding of international trade laws and customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities -

- Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and maintain all necessary import documents, such as Bill of Lading (BL), delivery orders, and export licenses.

- Customs Clearance: Coordinate with customs and clearance departments to obtain timely clearance and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of import activities, update status reports, and manage import data for reporting and compliance.

- Shipment Tracking: Monitor and trace shipment status through various platforms and maintain communication with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all imported goods and related documentation adhere to global trade laws, import/export regulations

Skills & Knowledge-

- Customs & Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with customs tariffs, notifications, HS codes, and other government regulations like FSSAI, CDSCO, etc.

- Import Documentation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of import documentation, procedures for air and sea freight, and relevant shipping policies.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Computer Proficiency: Ability to use relevant software for managing documents, tracking shipments, and maintaining records.
