Implementation Specialist

As a candidate for the position, you will play a significant role in the initial software set-up of new clients, client properties, and client property vendors. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the daily processing of customer invoices. To thrive in this role, a solid grasp of the multifamily industry, exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and above-average computer proficiency are essential. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Setting up Clients, Property sites, and Vendors for Invoice Processing - Maintaining and updating Vendor accounts as necessary - Guiding clients through the implementation process - Generating daily reports of received and outstanding property invoices - Researching and resolving client questions, issues, and problems - Reviewing data inputs for accuracy and completeness - Assisting with the preparation and scanning of invoices - Keying invoices into the invoice processing application (VES) To qualify for this position, you should have: - The ability to learn and utilize new procedures and processes quickly - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer; testing may be requested - Experience in a fast-paced, production environment - High level of organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment - Quick analysis and troubleshooting of problem issues - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Prior experience in multifamily or property management is preferred - Proficiency in 10-Key is desirable - A professional demeanor - Comfort with sitting or standing for extended periods with occasional movement - Capability of stooping or lifting light material (typically less than 8 pounds) - Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet department deadlines,
