Job Purpose
Roles & Responsibilities-
- You support the Sales Team in pre-sales activities by explaining our Products to C-Levels (CPO, CTO, ...) and understand their requirements
- You provide advice to our Partners on the different integration options and define the integration architecture for the partnership
- By being a technical expert, you define for and with our partners how the iServeU API/SDK are integrated into their processes
- You’ll participate in contract negotiations to ensure both parties agree to reasonable terms when it comes to project deadlines and actual services provided.
- After a project begins but before implementation actually starts, you are responsible for assessing the client’s exact needs and creating a plan to meet those needs
- You are expected to work closely with internal stakeholders like product managers, project managers etc in communicating implementation needs and are responsible for managing any conflicts that may arise during this phase.
- Based on feedback provided by Partners you engage with internal Product Teams to further improve iServeU offerings
Requirements
Requirements:
- An engineering degree preferably in IT / Computer Science background with 2-7 years of relevant experience working as Implementation associate or Business Analyst role in Banking or Fintech industry.
- Sound knowledge of APIs, analyzing technical documentation, understanding system architectures is needed
- Good understanding about payments & banking products as well as the financial services industry is a big plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence to work with CXOs/Heads of big clients
- Experience in working with databases (Cockroach DB / BigQuery, etc), logs, and technical processes is a plus.
