Implementation Manager (B2B SaaS)

What You Will Be Doing

• Technical Implementation
• Understand customer billing logic, usage patterns, and data schemas to configure Zenskar accurately.
• Execute technical setup across contracts, pricing, metering, invoicing, workflows, and data models.
• Write scripts (primarily JavaScript) to support migration, data transformation, and configuration automation.
• Build and validate configuration paths based on customer requirements.
• Product & Engineering Coordination
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues, understand constraints, and address edge cases.
• Provide structured technical feedback into product improvements.
• Prepare well-scoped handoffs for backend or product interventions.

• Onboarding Support
• Participate in pilots and onboarding cycles, ensuring technical completeness against timelines.
• Run tests, validate workflows, and ensure the implementation is aligned with defined customer outcomes.
• Help debug API flows, data ingestion processes, and configuration anomalies.
• Documentation & Enablement
• Create technical notes, runbooks, and configuration references for each implementation.
• Contribute to internal wikis, technical documentation, and onboarding playbooks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience
• Computer Science graduates
• Prior experience in implementation / engineering / delivery roles
• Basic ability to code or script is mandatory (JavaScript preferred; used for workflow + migration work)
• Strong problem-solving ability with an execution-first mindset
• Comfortable understanding and implementing workflows, data structures, and basic SaaS concepts
• Exposure to APIs and ability to debug simple integrations
• Background in product or services environments
• Hungry, hardworking, and highly coachable
• High ownership, proactive work ethic, thrives in fast-moving setups
• Not taking yourself too seriously
