Implementation Engineer

You are a motivated ERP Implementation Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in deploying and supporting ERP solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to implement ERP software across all departments of the organization. You will conduct training and development sessions for employees to ensure they are proficient in using the software. It is essential to ensure that all employees are familiar with the software and address any issues that arise promptly with the IT support department. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to guarantee a smooth implementation process, including data migration and end-user training. Your role involves verifying department data to meet system requirements, resolving employee queries related to the software, and coordinating with higher authorities to provide regular updates on the ERP software implementation progress. You must ensure that the implementation process adheres to the specified timeline and phases. Additionally, you will collaborate with the IT support team and employees to integrate all activities effectively. Your skills should include a strong understanding of ERP software, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and robust analytical skills to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the ERP software, resolving system issues by liaising with external vendors and product support teams, and creating systems documentation and training materials tailored to customer needs. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires availability during day shifts and weekends. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required for this role. The work location is in person.,
