Implementation Engineer

As an Implementation Engineer at our Gurgaon office, you will play a crucial role in deploying and integrating our solutions into client systems. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities will ensure successful implementation and timely delivery of services. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Deployment & Integration: Onboard clients, configure, and integrate client apps according to specifications and best practices. - Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Customization & Configuration: Configure systems to meet client-specific needs, including software setups, database integrations, and configurations. - Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for internal use and client reference. - Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure requirements are met and collaborate with Project Managers to adhere to timelines. - Training: Provide technical training to clients and internal teams for proper system usage. - Testing & Validation: Perform rigorous testing of system configurations before full deployment. - Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback based on client experiences to enhance product design and implementation processes. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - 2 years of experience in technical implementation or product configuration and integration. - 4-5 years of overall experience with a strong understanding of databases and software applications. - Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., javascript, SQL). - Experience with API integrations, software deployment, and troubleshooting. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of MongoDB database is a plus. - Experience with software implementation processes.,
