Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Implementation Engineer, based in Chennai. The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for deploying software solutions, overseeing project implementations, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include working closely with clients during solution deployment, problem-solving technical issues, managing project timelines, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to guarantee a smooth implementation process.

Qualifications

Software Implementation and Project Implementation skills
Technical Support and Customer Service expertise
Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and oversee deliverables
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to adapt to client requirements and ensure successful implementation
Experience in healthcare or enterprise software is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
