Implementation Engineer

As part of the QuickLaunch Applications team in the Delivery & Support department, your role involves designing, implementing, and supporting Business Applications. You are expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with specific experience in communicating with US clients. Your responsibilities include: - Having 2 years of experience in Linux Servers such as Redhat, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu - Possessing good experience with Apache - Having exposure to Identity and SSO using protocols like CAS, oAuth, SAML, etc integrations - Configuring and custom styling out-of-box applications - Basic knowledge of MS SQL and mySQL queries creation and syntaxes - Basic knowledge in creating store procedures and triggers - Working with individual site owners to ensure applications and patches function correctly - Providing documentation and end user training for applications - Participating in investigation, analysis, and resolution of technical problems - Assisting with post-implementation reviews - Anticipating, preventing, and eliminating problems while creating efficient fixes - Improving operation and monitoring of advanced or complex features - Gathering and updating necessary information and communicating to appropriate parties - Working cross-functionally to accomplish tasks No additional details about the company were included in the job description.,
