Job Description

Job Title:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end software implementation for freight forwarding/logistics
Gather client business and technical requirements
Install, configure, and integrate software with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and other platforms.
Handle data migration, system mapping, and API integrations
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical client support
Conduct user training and documentation
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and support teams
Monitor post-implementation performance and optimize system usage.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years in software implementation, preferably in logistics/supply chain tech
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, WMS, and ERP integrations
Experience with API integrations, SQL databases, data migration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and networking
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills
Open to travelling as and when required.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems & eFreight Systems (eFS)
Language: proficiency in English + Hindi/Tamil
