Implementation Engineer

You will be working as an Implementation Engineer at SIONIQ Tech Pvt Ltd, where you will be responsible for installing software for clients both in-person and virtually. Your primary task will involve the implementation of ERP software at client's premises and providing training on the product knowledge to the client's employees. Additionally, you will conduct research on client issues, document findings, and execute technical activities with the help of metadata registry. It will be essential to prepare detailed notes on technical issues, collaborate with clients and their departments to offer support, and maintain professional relationships with all clients. In this role, you will assist clients in monitoring the software implementation lifecycle, making necessary customizations to meet client requirements, and training client technical staff on hardware and software issues. You will also be responsible for identifying process issues and providing effective solutions. Experience in ERP implementation is preferred, and attractive incentives are offered for outstanding performance. A mandatory requirement for this role is to possess a laptop and a bike.
