Job Description:

SaaS & Data Management Expertise Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, particularly in Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM). Ability to guide clients through data strategy, governance, and integration best practices. Configuration & Workflow Design Proficient in configuring UI components, designing workflows, and implementing business rules and conditions that align with client-specific use cases. Skilled at simplifying complex configurations for non-technical stakeholders. Technical Tools & Utilities Working knowledge of: Postman for API testing and validation Visual Studio Code for development and debugging Microsoft Azure Storage for cloud data handling GitHub for version control and collaborative development Communication & Collaboration Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills to facilitate clear dialogue between technical teams and business users. Experience working across distributed teams and within Agile Scrum environments, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery. Adaptability & Innovation Flexible mindset with a passion for learning and applying next-generation technologies to solve evolving client challenges. Proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. Client-Facing Solution Delivery Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. Strong consultative approach with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and driving customer success throughout the implementation lifecycle.
