Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation:

• Assist with end-to-end ERP implementation—configuration, customization, and deployment
• Collaborate with clients to understand business workflows and align ERP functionalities
• Support system integration and oversee accurate data migration

Client Support & Training:

• Provide hands-on technical support during the implementation phase
• Conduct training sessions to ensure successful ERP adoption by users

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Gather and document client business needs
• Propose customized ERP solutions based on analysis

Project Coordination:

• Act as the link between clients and the development team
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery

Documentation:

• Create user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation
• Keep all documents accurate, updated, and easy to access

On-site Support:

• Travel to client locations when needed for implementation and technical support

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

• 1–3 years in ERP implementation, software deployment, or related roles

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of ERP systems
• Familiar with SQL, databases, and integration concepts
• Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Willing to travel as needed for client engagements
